All orders are dispatched as requiring a 'Signature on Delivery, for the security and tracking of your parcel. You can amend this in the Australia Post MyPost website by updating your preferences to 'Authority to Leave'.

International orders exclude any local taxes, customs duties or other fees charged by local authorities. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information. Any return fees incurred will be deducted from the order refund.


An email with your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. Tracking your order at any time can be done via Australia Post Track Your Items


Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across Australia, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. Australia Post is responding to unprecedented parcel volumes and has suspended all service guarantees, including Express post. Therefore, we may not be able to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel's arrival date. Please use the provided tracking to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
